How to change display language, system language or user Interface(UI) in Windows 10?
Here is a step by step guide to add or change windows 10 display language:
1- Right click on Windows Logo and select Settings.
2- Choose Time & language.
3- Click on Additional date, time, & regional settings.
4-Under language option, click Add a language.
5- Check the language list first. If your Windows system do not have your preferred language, select Add a language.
6- Select the main language.
7- Choose Open to continue.
8- Select your preferred one.
9- Click Add to add the language to existing list.
10- Set the primary language:Use Move up and Move down.
11- Select Options to configure your display language and input method.
12- If you do not have the language pack, please download and install it.
13- Click Close to finish the installation of the pack.
14- The system has to Log off to make the new UI settings work. Windows
display language will be enabled on next sign-in.
