Windows 7, although very powerful, it may take some time to stop .
By modifying a registry value , you can significantly reduce the closing time .

Before handling, it is recommended to make a backup copy.
  1. Right-click the start logo and click Run.
  2. Type regedit then press OK .
  3. The Registry Editor window appears on the screen.
  4. Move through the tree until the key HKEY -LOCAL - MACHINE \SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control.
  5. Select the value WaitToKillServiceTimeout on the right pane and double-click it .
  6. In value, change it to 5000 or 5 seconds.
  7. Click OK and close the Registry Editor.
